Trad Hunters Magazine publishes its magazines 4 times per year, each volume shipping every 3 months. Your first issue will ship within the next release date. We’ll keep you updated by email so you know when it’s on the way. It can take 5-8 business days for delivery based on USPS or Canada Post shipping services.
Yes. We’ll send you a reminder email 3 business days before your subscription renews. That way, you’ll have time to make any changes, update your info, or cancel if needed. No surprises.
In the top right hand side of the website you will see the tab "HELP". The drop down menu will be where you will find the Customer Portal. Log into your account using the email you used to buy your subscription.
You can edit both your shipping address and billing information in the "Customer Portal" which you can find in your "Welcome to Your Subscription" email or in the "HELP" menu at the top right of our website.
Digital perks will be available to download upon the shipping of your magazine copy.
You will receive an email from our parent company, Standing Wolf Archery, advising your digital perks are available for download.
Once you receive this email confirming delivery of your digital perks, you can download your perks by logging into your Customer Portal Account. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to access your subscription information, exclusive content, and digital perks tied to your subscription plan.
