Return and Refund Policy
Printed Publications
Printed volumes of Trad Hunters cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
If a volume arrives damaged, please email us at contact@tradhunters.com along with a photo of the damage so we may help resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders and Subscriptions
Once a pre-order or subscription renewal has been charged, that payment is non-refundable. Each charge represents a guaranteed reservation of a printed volume in our limited print run and that spot is held for you at the moment of payment.
If a volume has not yet been charged, a subscription can be cancelled before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals only and does not affect volumes already charged or shipped.

Merchandise (T-Shirts and Other Products)
Our merchandise products are made specifically for you. If your item arrives with the wrong fit or damaged, please contact us at contact@tradhunters.com so we can resolve the issue.
We cannot exchange merchandise products once the order has been fulfilled. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Digital Products (E-Books)
Digital e-books are non-refundable. The e-book is sent to the email address provided within minutes of payment being confirmed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible order, please contact us at contact@tradhunters.com with your order number and details about your request.
For your security, we do not have access to your credit card information. Refunds are processed securely through Stripe to your original payment method within 10 business days.
