When you subscribe, your copy of the upcoming volume is reserved for you. Once the volume has been printed, bound, and delivered to us from the printer, we begin shipping orders to subscribers.
You’ll receive an email update when your issue ships, so you know it’s on the way.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on USPS or Canada Post transit times.
Yes. We'll send you a reminder email 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time — but any volume already charged and reserved under your current subscription plan will still be fulfilled.
You can find the Customer Portal under the "HELP" section in the menu. Log into your account using the email you used to buy your subscription.
You can edit both your shipping address and billing information in the "Customer Portal" which you can find in your "Welcome to Your Subscription" email or in the "HELP" menu of our website. Reach out to us at contact@tradhunters.com if you need help.
Digital perks will be available to download within 2 weeks of shipping your printed magazine.
Your digital products will be delivered by email through SkyPilot, our digital delivery service, with a download link for easy access. You will also receive an email from our parent company, Standing Wolf Archery, advising your digital perks are available for download.
Once you receive this email confirming delivery of your digital perks, you can download your perks by logging into your Customer Portal Account. We recommend downloading and saving all digital products as soon as they are made available.
