Subscription Cancellation Policy
Quarterly Subscriptions
Basic Print Plan
- Basic Print subscriptions renew automatically every 3 months
- Your initial subscription purchase secures your first scheduled volume, which will be fulfilled as part of your order. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your quarterly subscription at anytime during your active plan term through your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@tradhunters.com.
- A renewal reminder email is sent approximately 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal charge. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal charge to prevent the next payment. Renewal charges are processed at approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the scheduled renewal date. If your subscription has already been charged for a volume, that volume will still be fulfilled. Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges only.

Patron Plan and Top Patron Plan
- Patron and Top Patron subscriptions renew automatically every 3 months
- Your initial subscription purchase secures your first scheduled volume, which will be fulfilled as part of your order. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your quarterly subscription at anytime during your active plan term through your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@tradhunters.com.

- No refunds will be provided for printed volumes that have already been shipped
- Patron and Top Patron digital perks are delivered by email through our digital delivery service. We recommend downloading and saving all digital products as soon as they are made available. If your subscription is cancelled, access to previously delivered digital perks may no longer be available through your customer account or download portal. Downloading your files ensures you can keep and access them after your subscription ends.
Yearly Subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront for all 4 printed volumes
- Your first package will be prepared and shipped within 5 business days of your order. You have 5 business days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided your first package has not yet shipped and no tracking number has been assigned to your order.
- Once your first package or any printed volume from your subscription year has shipped, you can no longer cancel the current subscription year or request a refund.
- You may cancel the automatic renewal of your yearly subscription at anytime during your active plan term through your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@tradhunters.com.

Pausing Your Subscription
- Subscriptions can be paused at anytime
Reactivation
- Paused subscriptions can be reactivated at anytime by logging into your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@tradhunters.com
- Back issues will not be shipped once your subscription is re-activated. They will need to be purchased as a single volumes.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed for orders that have not yet been shipped
- No refunds will be provided for magazines that have already been shipped
