Processing and Shipping Times
Ship Now Products
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping of your magazine
- All magazines are shipped from Ontario, Canada
Pre-Order Products
- Pre-Ordered products are single issue magazines that are not yet available to ship
- Products will not ship until the magazine has been published and released for shipping
- Shipping times vary depending on print scheduling. You'll receive email updates throughout the process and be notified as soon as your magazine is ready to ship
- Placing a pre-order reserves your copy and guarantees that you will receive the magazine

Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Canada and United States)
- Please allow 5 to 8 business days for orders in the United States and Canada to be delivered
- Sometimes shipments may be held up at customs due to high volumes such as holidays
- Shipping days are estimates and not guaranteed
International Shipping
- Outside the United States and Canada, expect 10-25 business days for delivery depending on your location (France, Australia, United Kingdom, Spain, etc.)
- Shipping internationally will increase your expected delivery timeline
- Sometimes shipments may be held up at customs due to high volumes such as holidays
- Shipping days are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery Zones

Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item(s) ship
- Tracking numbers are usually purchased from USPS, Canada Post, or a third-party courier

Subscription Shipping
For subscription orders (Basic Print Plan, Patron Plan, Top Patron Plan, and Yearly Subscriptions), magazines are shipped every 3 months according to your subscription schedule and the quarterly publication cycle.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. For subscription customers, you can easily update your address anytime through your customer account portal or by contacting us at contact@tradhunters.com.
If an order is shipped to an old address, we recommend attempting to retrieve the package at that location first. If you're unable to retrieve your magazine, please contact us at contact@tradhunters.com and we'll help you arrange a replacement (replacement and shipping fees may apply).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import Duties and Taxes
You may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. This especially applies to EU countries and Australia. Additional charges for customs clearance, tariffs, duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Standing Wolf Archery and/or Trad Hunters Magazine is not responsible for these costs.
EU Orders: We do not use an IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) number, so VAT is not collected at checkout for orders shipped to the European Union. EU customers may be required to pay VAT, customs charges, and/or carrier handling fees upon import or delivery. For orders shipped to France, recipients may be required to pay a €2 handling fee beginning March 1, 2026, in addition to any applicable VAT or import charges. Beginning July 1, 2026, low-value shipments entering the EU may also be subject to an additional fixed €3 customs duty under new EU import rules.
Shipping Policy for Merchandise
The cost of import tax, tariffs, customs, duties and GST/VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Standing Wolf Archery/Trad Hunters Magazine you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Refused Deliveries
Please note: Should you refuse delivery of a package because of import duties upon arrival the package will be sent back to us. You will be responsible for any cost involved.
Customs Inspections
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as content, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Gift Orders
If the order is a gift, the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
